    • 4 structured sessions + 1 "flex"/optional day
  • “Functional” training - no olympic lifting but all the big lifts + accessory work + conditioning
  • Equipment needed: barbell, squat rack, bench, pull up bar, dumbbells, machines (can modify for home gym)
