Reflecting

My brain feels mushy this morning and all I am "reflecting" on lately is how all I want to eat are carbs (#lutealAF) and how having pie for dinner the other night might've been the best decision I made all week! This is just what it's like sometimes 🤷🏼‍♀️

Recipe

On a hot summer day, cooking & eating a warm meal is the LAST thing I want to do. That's where salads & smoothies come in reallll handy. But cold zoodle & shrimp bowls are another one of my fave summer meals. Here's a super simple one to try out! I've also done them with purple cabbage, carrots & peppers and a peanut butter soya sauce mixture on top. Opportunities are endless here folks. YUM.
